NB We always receive a high number of requests for 14 day bookings during the UK school summer holidays, so we initially accept only bookings that start on the Saturdays shown above.  Late bookings outside of these slots may be available.

What's included?

Casa Alimas is normally available for rental throughout the year (Check current availability here).  The prices above are payable in Pounds Sterling and is an inclusive price for the rental of the villa per week for up to six people sharing. These prices assume payments are made direct to the owner by cheque or BACS  payment. Payments by other means (eg credit cards) usually means the involvement of a third-party agency and is likely to incur additional costs.

  • Exclusive use of the villa
  • Exclusive use of the private swimming pool
  • Air conditioning
  • All services (made service, linen, utilities)
  • Local villa management services (for local assistance and guidance)

What's not included?

  • This is a self-catering holiday
  • If your party is greater than six (up to eight persons), a supplement of £35 per extra person per week is normally payable.
  • Cots and High Chairs are available for rental from the Villa Manager.  They should be booked in advance of your trip and are paid for locally.
  • Broadband Internet access is offered as an extra (£10 per stay or 15 Euros if paid locally).
  • Flights
  • Car Hire (get a quote from Autorent)
The Villa rents from Saturday to Saturday, although there is some flexibility of changeover day outside of the high/peak season.

  • It is available on your arrival day from 3.00pm and must be vacated by 10.30 am on the day of departure.
  • There is a maid service each weekday (less frequent in winter) and the villa is managed locally in Praia da Luz
  • Keys available on arrival 24 hours.

Terms

A deposit of 25% the total rental cost is payable to secure a booking.  The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to the holiday commencing.  A returnable breakage deposit is normally taken. Full terms are available on enquiry.
